The Colombo Additional Magistrate’s Court has today issued an order to immediately arrest Reverend Uduwe Dhammaloka Thero and bring him to court.
This order has been issued due to Dhammaloka Thero’s failure to appear for a court case.
The case in question has been assigned by former minister Milind Moragoda and others.
It has alleged that the use of loud speakers in the temple of Dhammaloka Thero is causing distress to the public.
The court has also ordered to recall the case on October 31.
