Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera, Minister of Power and Energy, has announced the addition of two new features to the National Fuel Pass QR system.
These two characteristics are,
• QR for non-automotive applications
(Fuel distribution via QR is available for non-motorized categories such as generators, lawnmowers, and other equipment.) The Ministry of Power and Energy will notify you of the registration mode shortly.)
• When a transaction is completed, an SMS with the code number of a filling station is sent (The filling station code is now available in the SMS you receive when you fuel your vehicle)
