Mr. Ranjan Jayalal has reveales the real reason why the Norochchole power plant break down.
He pointed out that the power plant was closed due to a fault in the cooling system, not the power plant, and that the country was facing a problem in finding the necessary dollars for maintenance.
He also pointed out that if hydropower production had been at a minimum level, there would have been a 12-hour power cut by now.
