Today, the Sri Lankan rupee depreciated further against the US dollar in Sri Lankan commercial banks.

Today, according to the exchange rates of the commercial banks in Sri Lanka, a change in the purchase price of the US dollar compared to yesterday was recorded.

Accordingly, to the exchange rates announced today, the Commercial Bank has set the purchase price of one US dollar at Rs. 314.16 and selling price Rs. 332.50 has been recorded.

However, yesterday the purchase price of Commercial Bank’s US dollar was Rs. 311.69 and the selling price was recorded as Rs.330.

According to the People’s Bank, the purchase price of an American dollar today is Rs. 313.52 and the selling price is Rs. 336.09 has been recorded. Yesterday, the purchase price of an American dollar in that bank was Rs. 310.62 and the selling price was Rs. 332.99.

Today, Bank of Ceylon’s purchase price of US dollar is Rs. 314 and the selling price is recorded as Rs.332.54. Yesterday, the buying price of the dollar in Bank of Ceylon was Rs.311 and the selling price was recorded as Rs.329.54.

Meanwhile, according to Sampath Bank’s exchange rate values, the buying price of the American dollar is Rs. 315 and the selling price is Rs. It is recorded as 330. Yesterday they bought the price for one dollar at Rs. 310 and the selling price is Rs. It was mentioned as 325.
