Thilini Priyamali and Janaki Siriwardena, the owners of Thiko Group, were granted bail today by Colombo Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage.
The Magistrate ordered Thilini Priyamali’s release under 14 bail bonds of Rs 50,000 each, Rs 3,50,000 cash bail, and Rs 10 lakh each in seven cases, and refused bail in one. Thilini Priyamali was thus remanded until the 16th.
For each of the three charges, Janaki Siriwardena was ordered to be released on cash bail of Rs 50,000 and four sureties of Rs 10 lakh each.
