It is reported that the National Police Commission has ordered to implement the transfer given to Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police, Mr. Ajith Rohana. Sri Lanka Latest News
Last April, Senior DIG Ajith Rohana and several senior officers of the police service had been transferred, and Senior DIG Ajith Rohana filed an appeal with the National Police Commission requesting that the transfer be cancelled.
Accordingly, the transfer given to Mr. Ajith Rohana was temporarily suspended by the Police Commission.
However, it is said that the Police Commission has decided that the relevant transfer should be implemented by now.
