However, the Supreme Court has today (19) permitted to hear an appeal petition filed against that decision.
This order has been issued by a three-member Supreme Court bench led by Mr. Prithi Padman Surasena after considering an appeal petition submitted by a social activist Mr. Oshala Herath against the judgment of the Court of Appeal.
