A bus carrying school students fell into a cliff in Nanuoyya Radella area of Nuwara Eliya.
A bus carrying a group of students from Thurston College, Colombo, met with this accident while returning from Nuwara Eliya for an educational trip.
According to the police, the accident occurred when the bus collided with a van.
Police says, seven people died and 51 people were hospitalized in the accident.
The people who came in the van died in the accident, and the people who came in the bus were not seriously injured.
