The Sunday Times reports that former President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa’s staff has sought advice from the Presidential Secretariat regarding the settlement of the water bill at his official residence.
As reported by the newspaper, Mr. Gotabhaya Rajapakse’s official residence has received a water bill of forty six thousand rupees, which includes unpaid bill charges by the parties who previously used the official residence.
Therefore, Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s staff has informed the Presidential Secretariat that they need instructions regarding the payment of the bill.
