Being one of the pioneering awards competitions initiated as way back as 2004, by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka, the NBEA has maintained its highest standards and gained much recognition and prestige amongst the business community. The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka takes pleasure in announcing the “National Business Excellence Awards 2024”, the flagship event for the 19th consecutive year.
The National Chamber is now distributing applications at its Secretariat, located at 450 D.R. Wijewardena Mawatha, Colombo 10. Closing date of issuance of Applications: Wednesday, 24 January 2024 and submissions closing date: Wednesday, 31 January 2024.
The Competition comprises categories – Extra Large, Large, Medium, Small and Micro – and diversified industry sectors: it also creates the opportunity for 29 industry sectors to secure Awards, category-wise or on evaluation criteria.
92 Awards will be presented to the Winners this year (NBEA 2024), including Overall Excellence Winners of Gold, Silver and Bronze. The evaluations will be carried out initially by a Technical and Financial Panel followed by a Panel of Judges. The shortlisted applications will be reviewed and interviewed by a panel of judges to ascertain the best business entities as award winners. The Awards Ceremony will be held in June 2024 at the Shangri-La Hotel.
