Human skeleton parts, uniforms, and ammunition for automatic weapons used by LTTE female caders were discovered while the National Drainage Board was digging a pit for a development project at this location.

After informing the Kokilai police in this regard, the police arrived at the location and made it safe.

Police believe there is still more to be discovered in the area.
