According to the medical reports, it has been revealed that the millionaire businessman, who died mysteriously in a house in Battaramulla Pelawatta area, was killed after being hit on the head with a blunt weapon.
Police Media Spokesman, Senior Superintendent of Police, Advocate Mr. Nihal Talduwa said that the assault took place after an argument between the suspect and the businessman, who was arrested in connection with the incident, went too far.
He added that during the investigation, it was revealed that the businessman had fallen into the swimming pool.
