Mr. Mujibar Rahman criticized the President’s giving the position of Presidential Adviser on Local Government Affairs to Mrs. Rosy Senanayake, who was a candidate for Colombo Mayor, when the local government election had not been cancelled.
He pointed out that this is a situation that should be completely condemned.
