The hearing of an appeal petition filed against the decision of the Court of Appeal to dismiss a petition filed requesting the issuance of an order to revoke the position of State Minister Diana Gamage as a Member of Parliament has begun before the Supreme Court today. Sri Lanka Latest News
The petition submitted by Mr Oshala Herath, a social activist, was heard before the three-member Supreme Court bench consisting of Mr. Gamini Amarasekara, Mr Kumuduni Wickramasinghe and Mr Janak de Silva.
Then the further petition hearing was adjourned till tomorrow (13).
