According to Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka, the first wave of the tsunami arrived on July 9th, and the second wave is expected to arrive on August 9th.
He argued that if an all-party government to be formed, the position of Prime Minister should have go to the Samagi janabalawegaya (SJB).
He stated that this is a scheme to destroy the SJB and that the party will not fall for such deception.
