The Election Commission has instructed its relevant departments to provide a report immediately regarding the political parties that have not submitted their accounting reports properly so far.
The Election Commission stated that the decision was taken during the meeting last Tuesday.
The Commission said that this decision has been taken due to the continuous delay of some political parties in submitting their accounting reports to the Election Commission for the year 2021.
The Commission said that it has informed the political parties in writing to send the accounts related to the year 2021 to the Election Commission within 14 days.
That deadline ended last week.
The Election Commission has decided to terminate the right of recognition as recognized political parties of political parties that do not submit their accounts properly.
