Participating in the unveiling ceremony of the book ‘The Final Answer’, he said that the President is working to weaken the institutions that should be strengthened in the country, and if he continues in this way, it is inevitable that the country will become a Congo-Gabon.
Mr. Saliya Peiris said that the Legislative Council cannot be a puppet of the President and the members of the Legislative Council should also have the courage to act strongly without being afraid of the President’s threats.
