The bill was paid by Naveen online! Explained on Facebook why electricians were evicted! (PHOTO)

Mr. Navin Dissanayake, who interrupted the electricity workers who came to cut off the electricity at the house due to non-payment of the electricity bill, has taken steps to post a note on his Facebook page that he has paid his electricity bill.

He has also admitted that there was a conversation with the workers who came to disconnect the electricity.

Below is the electricity bill payment slip sent to us by Mr. Naveen Dissanayake and the note sent to us on his Facebook account.

Last meter reading was done on October 11, 2022

– The bill amount was Rs.105, 117 which was the only outstanding amount (no other bills).

– Online payment of Rs.104, 109 for this amount was made by my wife on 20 October 2022.

– The team visited home displayed a lot of anger/threat and the content bordered on verbal abuse.

Repeatedly explained that payments were made online

-On my wife’s return she re-checked the payment details and immediately made another online payment of Rs 104,109 as the payment was returned.

– No payment is recorded for electricity at registered address till 23 November 2022.
