Journalist Tharindu Uduvaragedara was arrested by the police during a protest held by trade unions yesterday (28) afternoon.
During the protest, journalist Tharindu Uduvaragedara was arrested by the police while he was inside a three-wheeler.
The Police Media Division said the arrest was made on charges of being a member of an unlawful assembly and criminal coercion of a government official.
