Suresh Saleh Still Refusing Food and Water While Hospitalized, Says Wife

Former Director of the State Intelligence Service, Suresh Saleh, who is currently hospitalized, continues to refrain from consuming food or water, according to his wife, Mrs. Manori Saleh.

She made these remarks while responding to questions from journalists upon her arrival at the Colombo National Hospital today (08) to inquire about his condition.

“Sir is still not eating or drinking anything. He is unwell. The doctors are examining him. They are administering saline. Sir is not eating or drinking. He is not doing anything. Sir will not break his fast,” she said.

Mr. Suresh Saleh is presently receiving treatment at the National Hospital, while family members state that he is continuing his fast.
