The Supreme Court has ordered to convene on June 9th to consider the fundamental rights petition submitted by the National People’s Power against the postponement of the local government polls.
The petition was called today (03) before a Supreme Court bench consisting of Mr. Buwaneka Aluvihare, Priyantha Jayawardena, Mr. Vijith Malalgoda and Mr. Gamini Amarasekara.
The bench ordered to call on June 9 to consider the relevant petition.
