The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing for a Fundamental Rights petition filed by retired Major General Suresh Sale, the former head of the State Intelligence Service, challenging his arrest and detention under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
Accordingly, the petition has been fixed to be taken up on September 25.
