The fundamental rights petition filed before the Supreme Court to postpone the presidential election is dismissed.
The court has also ordered the petitioner to pay one lakh rupees as additional court fees.
The five-member Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya issued this order.
The petition was submitted by Mr. Lenawa an entrepreneur.
