Today (20) in the Parliament, the Deputy Speaker presented the decision before the Parliament.
The Supreme Court’s decision on the bill is as follows.
- Sections 3, 42, 53 and 70 are consistent with Article 12 (1) of the Constitution and must be passed by a special majority in Parliament.
