The Nidahasa Janata Sabha led by Mr. Dallas Alahapperuma has decided to support the program of Samagi Jana Sandhana for the upcoming presidential election.

Speaking at a press conference held today (10), the Parliament member of the Freedom Janata Sabha, Professor Charita Herath, said this.

He further commented,

“We are not presenting a presidential candidate. The presidential candidate is presented by Samagi Jana Balavega. According to that, there are currently a number of stakeholders called Samagi Jana Sandansha. More to come. It’s a strong broad force combined. It includes us. We and all of them together will win by putting one person as president and a strong team and program in front of the country.”

Mr. Charita Herath also says that the discussions conducted by the Sanganda Janata Sabha with the Samagi Jana Balawega were very successful in the fight to defeat the government.

He also said that he will work directly with the opposition in the next few weeks to bring about a broad political change in the country.
