The President’s Secretary Mr. Saman Ekanayake has sent a letter to all the secretaries of the ministries informing them that no state ministries have been formed yet and that they should be considered as a unit of the cabinet ministry.
Mr. Ekanayake has forwarded this letter in response to the questions made by the ministry secretaries.
