With the full patronage of the Indian Government, the sacred Sri Sarvagna Relics were brought to Sri Lanka today (04) and arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, at around 1.00 p.m.
Accordingly, the sacred Sri Sarvagna Relics are scheduled to be taken to the Gangaramaya Temple in Hunupitiya, Colombo, later this afternoon.
The “Veneration of the Sri Sarvagna Relics” is set to commence this afternoon under the patronage of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake. Devotees will be given the opportunity to pay homage to the sacred relics for a period of seven days, from tomorrow until the 11th, at the Gangaramaya Temple in Colombo.
