As of today, March 26, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reports that the buying rate of the US Dollar remains below Rs. 300. Specifically, it stands at Rs. 297.63, with the selling rate at Rs. 307.33.
This marks a continuation of the trend observed since last week, March 19, when the buying rate of the US Dollar dipped below Rs. 300 for the first time since July 2023, reaching Rs. 299.29. This rate has persisted for nearly a week.
