This decision was reached by the board of directors of the company which met today (01) in accordance with a request made by Japan’s SG HOLDINGS GLOBAL PTE.LTD, the largest shareholder of ExpoLanka Holdings PLC.
SG HOLDINGS GLOBAL PTE.LTD holds 82.43% of the share capital of ExpoLanka Holdings plc.
