Holy Father has issued a statement about the situation in Sri lanka.
The statement states
I feel for the Sri Lankans who are continuously suffering from political and economic instability. I have joined with the country’s cardinals and renewed my prayers for the peace of the country. I urge the authorities to not ignore the cry of the poor.’
