Citing reliable sources, the media reports that Sri Lanka Freedom Party Secretary Dayasiri Jayasekara and three senior vice presidents have sent a letter to the leader of the party, Maithripala Sirisena, making 07 serious allegations. Sri Lanka Latest News

It is said that they have pointed out with facts how the Sri Lanka Freedom Party has become impotent day by day due to the arbitrary activities of the party president Maithripala Sirisena.

It is stated that party secretary Dayasiri Jayasekara, senior vice presidents Shan Vijayalal de Silva, Angajan Ramanathan and MP Sarathi Dushmantha Mitrapala have signed the letter.

In 2014, Mr. Maithripala Sirisena came forward as a general candidate for the presidential election, joining the UNP in 2015, not taking disciplinary action against those who went to Pohottuwa, and the fact that the party with Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva and others suffered an identity crisis where it was impossible to identify whether the party represented the government or the opposition. It is said to be between interrogations.
