The Samagi Jana Balawegaya has taken steps to file a lawsuit against the Express Pearl Shipping Company based on the massive environmental damage caused to the country.
According to that, Samagi Jana Balawegaya has already taken steps to send an appeal against many companies related to that incident.
Mr. Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the opposition, tabled all the related documents to the parliament.
