Mr. Ranjith Maddumabandara, Secretary General of the Samagi Jana Balavegaye, has sent a letter to the Finance Ministry Secretary Mr. Mahinda Siriwardena saying that due to the non-implementation of the order given by the Supreme Court, steps will be taken to file a case under the charge of contempt of court.
Lawyer Sampath Wijewardena has forwarded this letter to the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance.
