Shashindra, involved with Chinese excrement fertilizer ship, also a state minister!

Mr. Shashindra Rajapaksa, who has been accused of paying money to the Chinese excrement ship, also got a state ministership today.

He has taken oath as the Minister of State for Irrigation.
