President Ranil Wickremesinghe has directed Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs to declare September 19 a day of mourning in view of the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
The National flag will be flown at half-mast until the 19th, President’s Media Division (PMD) said.
