Sanath Jayasooriya condemn the use of PTA  and the recent spate of arrests

Former Sri Lankan cricketer and cricket captain Sanath Jayasooriya has issued a twitter message denouncing the recent spate of arrests prevalent in the country.

Sanath says that the implementation of this type of action by the authorities takes the recovering country backward. He also expressed his displeasure with the use of PTA to detain the protesters.

Currently, he is the brand ambassador for tourism promotion in Sri Lanka.
