Sampath Manamperi, who is wanted for arrest, reportedly surrendered to the Walasmulla Magistrate’s Court today (17).
Manamperi is wanted in connection with the discovery of two containers containing chemicals suspected to be used in the manufacture of the drug Ice in the Middeniya area. According to his lawyer, he was prepared to surrender to the court, a fact that was communicated to the Court of Appeal on the 15th.
