The 46th National Photography Competition and Exhibition, organized by the National Photography Association of Sri Lanka, was recently held at the JDA Gallery in Colombo.
Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa, an enthusiastic photography enthusiast, visited the exhibition to view the diverse collection of photographs on display.
This year’s exhibition featured a wide range of works, including portraits, landscapes, artistic compositions, and striking mobile phone photographs. Among the highlights were captivating images of Sri Lanka’s wildlife, showcasing various animals living in the country’s forests.
During his visit, Premadasa met with several of the photographers behind the exhibited works, engaged in discussions about their creations, and commended them for their artistic talent and contribution to photography.
