Mr. Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the opposition, said that the current government and the cabinet taken a strange decision, and that decision is to declare Sri Lanka a low-income country.
The leader of the opposition said that this is an extremely tragic situation and it is a historical joke that the cabinet itself has appointed a middle-income country into a low-income country.
The opposition leader said that the Rajapaksas of Pohottuwa are making wonderful statements through their minions and said that any president or prime minister who is elected should follow the line of Rajapaksa of Mahinda Rajapaksa of Pohottuwa.
The opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa said this recently (12) while addressing a meeting of the Samagi Jan Janabalawega held in Kandy’s Kundasale area.
The opposition leader said that the government is trying to postpone the elections by following various strategies and said that the President is also in line with that and Pohottuwa likes the President’s line of compliance. But the opposition leader also said that Samagi Janabalawega demands that an election be held to eliminate this distortion.
