S. Sridharan has been elected as the Leader of the Ilankai Thamil Arasu Kachchi after securing majority votes.
The secret ballot to elect the leader of the Ilangei Tamil Arasu Katchi Party was held this morning at the Trincomalee Municipal Council Hall.
Members of Parliament, President’s Counsel M.A. Sumanthiran, S. Sreedharan and former MP Sinithambi Yogeswaran contested for the leadership of the party.
