The Colombo District Court today (21) fixed the case filed by former cricketer Roshan Mahanama against a private bank on the 16th of February due to the bank’s rejection of a guarantee deposited in a private bank for a business purpose.
Mr. Roshan Mahanama has stated there that he has suffered a loss of two and a half hundred thousand American dollars.
