Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe will not participate in the anti-government rally scheduled to be held in Nugegoda on the 21st, former Minister Rajitha Senaratne said.
He further stated that there are both positive and negative aspects regarding the event, and confirmed that he has already conveyed his views on the matter to the party leadership.
