Reflecting the independence of the judiciary, despite the Supreme Court’s historic decision exposing the economic killers who caused the country’s economy to fail, these people are still living their normal lives, enjoying the benefits of the state, and even though they did not respect that decision, they must pay for their mistakes. The opposition leader stated that because they are Sri Lankans, the people are aware of the government’s actions against them, and thus the government cannot take any lenient action, so they want to know about the government’s actions. Mahinda Rajapaksa, Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Basil Rajapaksa, P. B. Jayasundara, Ajith Nivard Cabral, S. R. Atigala, The opposition leader said that since it has been revealed that W. D. Lakshman, Samantha Kumarasinghe and the Finance Board have arranged for this bankruptcy, what steps will be taken against them.

Also, according to this judgment, a special Presidential Commission of Inquiry should be immediately appointed to investigate and report the facts against the people who have violated their fundamental rights and make recommendations to take necessary measures against those people and abolish the civic rights of these economic killers, Mr. Sajith Premadasa said today ( 21) said in Parliament.

The opposition leader said this today (21) while being raising questions under standing order 27 (2) in Parliament.

There was strong opposition from the members of the ruling party regarding the statement of the opposition leader and the speaker cut off the microphone of the opposition leader 4 times and gave the ruling party members the opportunity to speak. Even when there were schoolchildren in the parliament gallery, all the ministers of the ruling party continued to obstruct the speech of the leader of the opposition.

Also, opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa said here that the ruling party MP Sanath Nishantha snatched the papers from his hand and gave it to Polonnaruwa MP Samarawickrama and took it to another place.
