Cabinet Spokesperson Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa announced that the proposal to remove Inspector General of Police (IGP) Deshabandu Tennakoon, who is currently suspended and imprisoned, will be presented to Parliament on April 8 or 9 for approval.
He made this statement during a press conference held today (26) to announce the latest cabinet decisions.
