On his return journey to India from Sri Lanka, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi took the opportunity to observe the site of the historic Sethu Samudram Bridge, also known as Ram Setu, which is believed to have once connected India and Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka Latest News

Sharing his experience, Prime Minister Modi stated:

“Some time ago, on my way back from Sri Lanka, I was fortunate enough to have a glimpse of Ram Setu. By divine coincidence, it happened to be the same time as the Surya Tilak festival was being held in Ayodhya. It is a blessing to have a glimpse of both. Lord Sri Ram is a unifying force for all of us. His blessings will always be upon us.”

The Prime Minister’s remarks highlight the spiritual and cultural significance of Ram Setu, underscoring its enduring connection to the heritage shared by both nations.
