President has not submitted to parliament the agreement letter with the IMF! Without that, there is no point in debating it – Dr Harsha

Dr. Harsha de Silva said that President Ranil Wickremesinghe has not submitted the agreement letter sent by the International Monetary Fund to the Parliament in the debate related to the International Monetary Fund.

Accordingly, he pointed out that the letter should be submitted to the Parliament immediately, without it there is no point in debating it.
