President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, currently on a state visit to Vietnam, met with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), To Lam, at the Central Committee Headquarters in Hanoi this afternoon (04).
The two leaders engaged in detailed discussions focused on further strengthening the longstanding diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and Vietnam, which span 55 years.
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and Tourism, Vijitha Herath, was also present at the meeting.
