A police constable attached to the Dematagoda Police was arrested in Dematagoda by officers of the Colombo City Excise Unit, according to Sri Lanka Latest News.
The constable was taken into custody while in uniform, in possession of 200 grams of ‘ice’.
The estimated value of the seized narcotics is reported to be Rs. 2.5 million.
