Sanjeeva Dhammika, Secretary of Electricity Users Association and Ananda Palitha, Convener of Samagi United Trade Union Alliance, have been arrested by Kollupitiya Police.
Two were arrested on charges of threatening and criminal coercion, said Police Media Spokesman, Senior Superintendent of Police, Advocate Mr. Nihal Talduwa.
