Pohottuwa Party to Boycott Ranil Wickremesinghe’s Meeting, Will Support Opposition in Local Councils

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), commonly known as the Pohottuwa party, will not participate in the discussion convened today by President Ranil Wickremesinghe, according to party General Secretary Sagara Kariyawasam.

Kariyawasam further stated that the Pohottuwa party is prepared to extend its support to the opposition in forming administrations in local government institutions.
